I use crystals during Reiki and I can advise about which crystal to use for an specific issue.

Crystal Healing is very powerful but at the same time it is a gentle energy. Laying on a confortable surface I place crystals around you and on some of your chakras. Using a pointer crystal or a wand I connect the energies forming a grid.
